Leadership of ICT

The role of the Computing / ICT subject leader can be a challenging and sometimes daunting role.  The introduction of the new Computing curriculum, constant developments in technology, and online safety, are just some of the challenges involved.

At senior leadership level the complexities of driving forward a whole-school ICT strategy are very different to the challenges of a subject leader, and some SLT struggle to make the transition to a whole-school role.

Perhaps your Computing / ICT leader is newly appointed and needs support in growing into their role.  Or perhaps they are struggling and need coaching towards improvement.  Whatever your requirements, I can provide mentoring and coaching services, personalised to the needs of your staff and school.

I have 8 years experience at senior leadership level and 17 years experience in working with ICT leaders in a wide range of contexts in over 60 schools.

I am qualified to NPQH and also hold a Postgraduate Certificate (Level 7) in ‘Advanced Educational Practice: Coaching & Mentoring’.
